PRITI KHULLAR

Priti has over 20 years of property investment, management and development experience specialising in the UK real estate market, buying her first property when she was 18 years old. Together with her husband, Deepak, they started the business in 2003 and have since developed a very successful portfolio of prime properties in Central London ranging from blocks of flats to luxury houses and Commercial retail space. Before launching Kings Oak, Priti had held various senior management roles with the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, the last being in Risk Management. In 2008, Priti took a sabbatical from the banking giant to focus her energy on developing the business and due to its success, left her Risk Management role a year later, to engage in the business full-time. Equipped with the vast experience she gained in the corporate world, she was able to utilise such skills as, Communication, Analysis and Research, Negotiation, Interpersonal, Leadership, People Management, and Presentation, to name but a few, to help build a successful growing business. Her Analysis and Risk Management skills were particularly crucial in risk-assessing various deals in the early years which then helped form the foundations of Kings Oak.

Together with Deepak, the couple currently manage a portfolio with a substantial asset base in Central London and they continue to grow this investment vehicle focusing on high-yielding projects. They have set a vision and mission for Kings Oak Capital Ltd to build buildings that future generations will be proud of and believe strongly in setting a standard of honesty, and trustworthiness and giving more value than promised.

Priti is the proud mum of 5-year-old Divya Radhika and has taken some time out of the corporate world to devote her time to Divya’s early childhood development, which she enjoys immensely.
