Deepak has over 20 years of property investment, management and development experience specialising in the UK real estate market. He has developed a very successful portfolio of prime properties in Central London ranging from blocks of flats to luxury houses and Commercial retail space. Starting his career at HSBC, Deepak worked within the Investment Banking business for 13 years specialising in private banking and wealth management, equities and fixed-income bonds before building and expanding his property business and portfolio. Deepak now deals in developing new-build properties from luxury houses, multi-unit residential apartments, mixed-use retail and residential purpose-built blocks and small to large conversions from commercial to residential. The developments are across central London.

 

He has a vast array of knowledge, experience and a proven track record of completing successful, complex and demanding projects. Due to his vast experience and unrivalled technical knowledge within the building industry, many now see him as a mentor and seek his advice on an ongoing basis.

 

As well as the development sector, Deepak currently manages his own portfolio with a substantial asset base in Central London and continues to grow this investment vehicle focusing on high-yielding projects.
